Our minimum order is 100 pieces per design, for your own artwork and for designs from our series. This page shows what a small order costs and how to start with as little risk as possible.

The short answer
You can order custom soft PVC shoe charms from 100 pieces per design. At 100 pieces, one design costs $30 for the charms at $0.30 each, plus a one-time mold fee of $30–80, so $60 to $110 in total before freight. Every design in an order needs at least 100 pieces, because each design has its own mold, its own color setup and its own run on the machines.

Why the minimum is per design
A charm order is really several small productions, one for each design. Each one needs a mold made from the artwork, PVC mixed to its colors, and the machines set up for it. That work is the same for 100 pieces as for 1,000, which is why the minimum and the price tiers are counted per design and not per order.
So an order of 5 designs needs at least 500 pieces, 100 of each. It also means the price per piece depends on how many you order of each design, not on the size of the whole order.
What one design costs, from 100 to 1,000 pieces
US dollars, EXW Fujian, for our standard charm: 25 to 35 mm, up to 6 colors, single-sided, black clog backing, bulk packing. The mold fee is a range because we set it for each design after we see the artwork. These are the same numbers the budget calculator uses.

Look at 400 and 500 pieces: 500 pieces cost less than 400, because 500 reaches the $0.20 tier. If you are planning between 400 and 499 pieces of a design, ordering 500 gives you more charms for less money.
The mold is paid once. A reorder of the same design costs only the charms, for example $30 for another 100 pieces. Our guide to the mold fee explains what makes a mold cost $30 or $80, and the price breakdown covers packing, freight and duty.
How to start small
- Start from our series. Designs from our nine series have the same minimum and prices, and you can change their colors or add your text. Samples from our ready series are free; you pay the shipping. Custom samples carry the mold fee and the sample fee, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
- Start with a few designs. Make two or three designs first, approve the samples, and send the rest once you know how they look. Three designs of 100 pieces each cost $90 for the charms and $90 to $240 for molds.
- Reorder what sells. A reorder has no mold fee, so the second order of a design costs only the price per piece. A color version of a design you already have uses the same mold, so it needs no new mold either.
- Mix ready and custom. Fill most of a range with series designs and add one or two custom designs that only you sell. Our comparison of ready series and custom charms helps you choose.
How long a small order takes
- Free design proof: within one working day of receiving your artwork.
- Sample: about 3 business days after you approve the artwork. See how sampling works.
- Bulk production: 7–10 days for under 5,000 pieces, after you approve the sample.
- Shipping: about 5–7 days by air, 25–35 days by sea.
Molds and samples for custom designs are paid before we start. For bulk orders, a 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipment.
Common questions
Can I split 100 pieces across several designs?
No. The minimum is 100 pieces of each design. Four designs need at least 400 pieces, 100 of each.
Can I order fewer than 100 pieces?
No. We sell to businesses only, from 100 pieces per design, and we do not sell single pieces or dropship.
Is the price per piece higher at 100 pieces?
No. Every quantity from 100 to 499 pieces of a design is $0.30 per piece. The difference at small quantities is the mold fee, which is spread over fewer charms.
Do designs from your series also start at 100 pieces?
Yes. Series designs start at 100 pieces per design at the same prices, and you can change their colors or add your own text.
What do you need for a quote?
The artwork, the number of designs and the quantity of each, and the size if you know it. Send your artwork and within one working day we send a proof sheet showing how the charm will look, its size in millimetres, the number of colors and the backing position. It is free and you do not need to place an order first.
