Before bulk production we make one sample of each design, so you can hold it, check the colors and approve it.

How sampling works
A sample is made with the real mold and the real colors, so what you approve is what we produce.
Artwork check
We review each design and tell you if any lines, text or gradients need to change.
Within one working dayMold
After you approve the artwork and pay the mold and sample fees, the mold is made.
2–3 daysSample
We mix your colors, mold the sample, attach the backing and send you photos.
About 3 business days after artwork approvalShipping
We send the samples by express. You can also approve from photos and video if you are in a hurry.
Depends on the destinationApproval
You approve the samples or ask for changes. Approved samples become the standard for bulk production.

What samples cost
Samples from our ready series are free; you pay the shipping. Custom samples carry the mold fee and the sample fee, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
- Mold: $30–80 per design, paid once. We keep the mold at our factory for your bulk order and reorders, with no time limit.
- Sample fee: a small fee per design, quoted with your artwork and credited against your bulk order.
- Shipping: express shipping of the samples is paid by the customer. We quote it to your address.

- Colors against your Pantone references
- Size and thickness
- Outlines, raised layers and small details
- Glitter, glow-in-the-dark or printed parts
- How the backing holds in a clog-style shoe
Many designs at once? You can start with two or three designs, approve those samples, and then send the rest.
