The short answer
We make custom soft PVC charms and decorations for flip-flops and sandals from 100 pieces per design, at $0.30 to $0.10 per piece depending on the quantity of each design, plus a one-time mold fee of $30–80 per design. We do not make metal, hard enamel or cast charms. Flip-flop straps differ a lot, so how a charm attaches to your strap is confirmed for each project after we see your reference, and checked on a sample before bulk production.

Soft PVC or metal for a sandal charm
Many flip-flop charms on the market are metal with soft enamel, fixed through a hole in the strap with a rivet and a cap. Soft PVC is a different product. This is how they compare, so you can tell whether we are the right factory.

How the charm attaches to the strap
Our standard backing is a button made for the holes of clog-style shoes. A flip-flop strap has no such holes, so a sandal charm needs a different attachment, and the right one depends on the strap: its width and thickness, its material, whether it has a hole, and whether the charm should be removable or fixed.
We do not offer a fixed menu of strap fittings. Send us a photo of the sandal, the strap width and a reference for the attachment you have in mind, and we confirm how the charm can be attached before we quote. You then check the fit on a sample before bulk production; see how sampling works.

Designs that suit sandals
Summer and beach themes are the obvious start: palm trees, hibiscus flowers, pineapples, turtles, shells, suns and waves, or your own logo and resort name. Gold and silver tones and glitter add shine without metal.
Keep designs bold and simple. A strap is narrow, so a charm that reads clearly at a glance works better than one with fine detail. Very thin lines cannot hold liquid PVC, and every color is its own layer; our standard prices cover up to 6 colors.
Keep soft PVC away from high heat, such as a car dashboard in summer, which can soften the material. You can also start from our existing series and change the colors to your range.
Prices for sandal charm orders
Charm and mold costs at our published prices, EXW Fujian, before packing, freight and duty:
- One design for a resort shop, 300 pieces: $90 for the charms, plus $30 to $80 for the mold.
- Four designs for a sandal collection, 500 pieces each: $400 for the charms at $0.20, plus $120 to $320 for molds.
- One promotional design, 5,000 pieces: $500 at $0.10, with the mold fee waived.

Timing for a summer range
Samples are ready about 3 business days after you approve the artwork, and bulk production takes 7–10 days for under 5,000 pieces after you approve the sample. Shipping takes about 5–7 days by air or 25–35 days by sea. For a summer launch, leave extra time for the strap fit to be checked on samples.
Common questions
Do you make metal or enamel flip-flop charms?
No. We make soft PVC charms only. We do not make metal charms, hard enamel or cast pieces.
Which strap attachments do you offer?
We confirm the attachment for each project after seeing your sandal and reference, and you check it on a sample. Send a photo and the strap width with your request.
Can the same design go on clogs and on flip-flops?
The charm itself can be the same design. Tell us both uses when you ask for a quote, and we confirm the backing for each.
Are soft PVC charms fine in water?
Soft PVC is water-resistant and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Keep it away from high heat, which can soften the material.
How do I start?
Send your artwork, a photo of the sandal and the strap width, and the quantity of each design. Send your artwork and within one working day we send a proof sheet showing how the charm will look, its size in millimetres, the number of colors and the backing position. It is free and you do not need to place an order first.
