What we make
Soft PVC shoe charms are small rubbery figures with a button on the back that pushes into the holes of clog-style shoes. Ours are drip-molded: each color is applied as its own layer of liquid PVC and heat-cured, which gives the raised outlines and glossy color blocks you see in these photos.
We make them for brands launching their own series, wholesalers stocking gift and souvenir shops, schools and clubs ordering merchandise, and companies ordering promotional giveaways. If you need a different attachment, for example for bags or keychains, tell us and we check it with you.
The charms shown here are designs we have produced. When you send your own artwork, it stays yours; we only make designs you own or are licensed to use.

- Material
- Soft PVC. Phthalate-free soft PVC is available for children’s products.
- Process
- Drip molding: liquid soft PVC is applied color by color into the mold and heat-cured.
- Shapes
- Flat, layered or raised designs with outlines; one design per mold.
- Size
- Standard 25–35 mm. Larger designs are quoted after we see the artwork.
- Colors
- Matched to Pantone references; we keep more than 600 color formulas.
- Effects
- Glitter, glow-in-the-dark, and UV-printed details for lines or text too fine to mold.
- Backing
- Standard black button backing that fits clog-style shoes.
- Packing
- Bulk packing as standard; individual clear bags and branded backing cards on request.
- Minimum order
- 100 pieces per design
- Samples
- About 3 business days after artwork approval; molds take 2–3 days.
- Bulk lead time
- 7–10 days for under 5,000 pieces, 12–15 days for 5,000–50,000 pieces, after sample approval.

- Each design is priced by its own quantity, because every design needs its own mold and color setup. 10 designs of 300 pieces each are priced at the 100–499 tier.

Artwork that molds well
Drip molding is good at bold shapes, clear outlines and solid areas of color. A few habits make your designs come out the way you drew them:
- Keep lines thick enough to fill. Very thin lines and small gaps cannot hold liquid PVC. We tell you which details to thicken before we quote.
- Count your colors. Every color is a separate layer, so the color count matters more to the price than the size does. Our prices assume up to 6 colors.
- Turn gradients into steps. A gradient becomes two or three solid color steps, or it is UV-printed on top of the molded charm.
- Print the small text. Text that is too small to mold is UV-printed, so it stays sharp.
