100 pieces per design. Each design needs its own mold and color setup, so the minimum applies to every design in the order, not to the order as a whole.

Budget prices per piece, by quantity per design (USD, EXW Fujian): $0.30 for 100–499 pieces, $0.20 for 500–1,999, $0.15 for 2,000–4,999 and $0.10 for 5,000 or more. They assume a standard 25–35 mm charm with up to 6 colors, single-sided, with a black clog backing and bulk packing. We confirm the final price after reviewing your artwork.

Yes. Each new design needs a mold, $30–80 depending on its size and complexity. You pay it once. The mold fee is waived when a single design reaches 5,000 pieces.

We keep your mold at our factory with no time limit, so reorders of the same design have no mold fee. If you want to take the mold or move production to another factory, we release the mold to you.

No. A color version of a design you already have uses the same mold, so it needs no new mold.

Yes. We make one sample of each design about 3 business days after you approve the artwork. Samples from our ready series are free; you pay the shipping. Custom samples carry the mold fee and the sample fee, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order. The mold fee for a custom design is $30–80, and sample shipping is paid by the customer.

Send your artwork and within one working day we send a proof sheet showing how the charm will look, its size in millimetres, the number of colors and the backing position. It is free and you do not need to place an order first.

Samples from our ready series are free; you pay the shipping. Custom samples carry the mold fee and the sample fee, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order.

Free artwork revisions until you approve. If the bulk charms do not match the approved sample, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we remake the pieces that do not match and ship them to you at our cost.

After you approve the samples, bulk production takes 7–10 days for under 5,000 pieces and 12–15 days for 5,000–50,000 pieces. Shipping takes about 5–7 days by air or 25–35 days by sea. For urgent orders, or 10,000 pieces or more of one design, we recommend a second mold plate so two machines can run the design at once; it is quoted with your order.

Yes. Send AI, PDF or SVG files, or a clear image, with the size and quantity per design. We check line widths, small text and gradients and tell you what to adjust before we quote. We only make designs you own or are licensed to use.

Yes. You can order designs from our series from 100 pieces per design, at the same prices, or ask us to change their colors or add your text.

Yes. The standard black button backing pushes through the holes of clog-style shoes and holds the charm in place. We are an independent manufacturer, not affiliated with any footwear brand.

For charms that children will wear, we use phthalate-free soft PVC. We can arrange tests at an accredited third-party lab on your pre-production samples; the fee is quoted separately. Finished children’s products usually need third-party testing for the market where they are sold, such as CPSIA testing in the United States, and the importer decides which tests apply.

Yes. We can pack each charm in a clear bag, or attach charms to backing cards printed with your logo. Backing cards are quoted with your order, based on size and quantity.

Molds and samples for custom designs are paid before we start. For bulk orders, a 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipment. Prices are in US dollars, EXW Fujian.
